Project title: Staff Expansion Resulting in Increased Capacity at FrontEndART Ltd.'s Szeged Site

Grant amount contracted: HUF 29,400,000

Grant intensity (in %): 70%

Project description:

The company's goal—based on the business potential represented by its current network of clients and partners—is to grow to a stable staff size of 35–40 employees over the next 2–3 years. In addition to its current outsourcing and other software development activities, continuous development and commercialization of its own products present significant market opportunities. The company works with stable, long-standing partners, focusing primarily on financial and development fields. The number of incoming orders has started to grow steadily in line with customer satisfaction, pushing FrontEndART Ltd. to the limits of its current capacity. To retain clients, increase efficiency, and ascend to a higher market level, expanding the staff has become essential.

The aim of this project is to expand the company's capacity by hiring five new full-time software developers (planned to be 4 junior and 1 senior, working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week). In addition to providing larger-scale services, the company plans to allocate the expanded staff to the development of its proprietary products (Quality Gate and SourceMeter). This type of diversification contributes to the stabilization of jobs and operational predictability. The Szeged headquarters, by size, comfortably accommodates the simultaneous employment of up to 50 individuals, and with the planned setup of new workstations, the infrastructural requirements for future employees are met.
